That nothing else matters. My health and well being and family matter most. I've always known that but hadn't practiced it in the best ways. After I got diagnosed it felt like all the excess unnecessary worries in my life were stripped away. I had to focus on the essentials only. It became crystal clear what mattered most in my life. I also didn't know how hot my feet would get during chemo and how much I'd love my ice pack socks.
