Meet Taylor

Following the discovery of a swollen lymph node in my neck in November 2022 and months of tests, I suddenly was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in March of 2023 at the age of 29. I was completely devastated and the first thing that came to my mind was, will I still be able to have children? Luckily I had the time to freeze my eggs but my insurance didn't cover any of the cost. I was so thankful when I discovered organizations like Team Maggie that provide financial support for the egg freezing process.

So far this journey has been the scariest, most overwhelming thing I have ever gone through but it also has shown me how much love and support I'm surrounded with. Embrace the help your loved ones want and need to give you. Focus on the positive, mindset is everything and take it day by day. The unknown can overwhelm you, but you will make it through!
